DAY ONE - FRIDAY, AUGUST 23rd

DAYTIME:
People will be arriving all day at various times and finding their way to their
accommodations (either in a hotel in Front Royal, on the grounds at Skymont or camping).
There will be a reception
area on Skymont Grounds, with a message board (most likely where the lodge once stood).
There will be a second message
board in front of the Postal Business Center next to the Melting Pot Restaurant in Front Royal.
Please check-in as
soon as you are established in your accommodations.
At the reception area maps to such places as the Melting Pot,
Robert Bachelor's River House and Paula Campbell's dance studio in Overall will be provided.
7:00 PM - WHENEVER
Official
Opening of the Reunion: Selamatan at Robert Bachelor's river house. This Selamatan will now be hosted by Robert and Westie
Bachelor; IT IS NO LONGER A POTLUCK OCCASION. For those who wish to make a donation an opportunity will be provided, with
the proceeds going to Rukmi Hartono in Indonesia.
There may be a need to coordinate rides to the river house to allow
for parking and for those who don't have rental cars. If you have a vehicle please be willing and ready to share in this.
(The house is about five minutes outside of Front Royal).
DAY TWO - SATURDAY, AUGUST 24th
DAYTIME - A DAY AT THE RIVER - GROUP ACTIVITY
As mentioned elsewhere on this website inner
tubes, canoes and other items are available for rent or one can just swim or sunbathe.
10:00AM - 11:00AM - Remembrance,
Memorial and Prayer for those Skymonters who have passed away: to be held at the old Subud Skymont Graveyard.

5:00 PM - @Midnight : Culture Night, Hosted by the Scenic 340 Project, and held at Paula Campbell's
dance studio in Overall (Maps will be provided).

The SCENIC 340 PROJECT is an organization that is working to save and preserve the Shenandoah Valley. (The 340 is the Highway
that goes past Skymont). This grass-roots organization, of which Paula Campbell is a member, has agreed to host Subud Skymont's
Culture Night. They are accustomed to hosting dinners in this way as a means by which they raise funds for their cause.
Donations are accepted and appreciated, but please do not stay away if you simply cannot afford it; give what you can.
For those who can afford it please know that all contributions are tax-deductable as the SCENIC 340 PROJECT is a 501 C3 charitable
organization.
DAY THREE - SUNDAY, AUGUST 25th

Men - Over the Postal Business Center (in Front Royal, next to the Melting Pot)
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Melting Pot Pizza and Skymont: The Movie!
Robert Bachelor has set aside a private room at the Melting Pot. Escape the heat in the air conditioning, order a World-Famous
Melting Pot Pizza, and watch the Original Skymont Movie on one of three television monitors.
Afterwards hit the streets of Front Royal and explore. The Rainbow Gift Shop is long gone and the
Corner Shop has been a bank for many years, but who knows what memories you'll dredge up... perhaps pick up a souvenir for
someone who didn't make it to the reunion.(There's a weekly flea market just down the road from the Quality Inn .) Go have dinner and work your way over to the Quality Inn for:

We'll start with any stories of preparation for 'Bapak's Congress' and then move into the Congress itself.
Have a story to tell? Try to remember when it occurred: before or after the group trip to the Congress in Jakarta? Was it
before or after the Gym burned down? Practice telling it to your friends, so that it's nice and concise.
DAY FOUR - MONDAY, AUGUST 26th
